| 职位描述及要求： | Marketing One based in Shanghai, one based in Guangzhou-Shenzhen, respectively Marketing channels: 1. Foreign chambers of commerce; 2. End customers, foreign-funded enterprises, joint ventures, and private enterprises; 3. International and foreign-funded real estate agencies; 4. Class-A office buildings; 5. Existing customer network; 6. Other necessary and related channels. Marketing purpose: Promote HID, obtain information about potential customers. Requirements: 1. Be interested in and good at socializing; 2. Never give up; 3. Good command of spoken English is a must, being able to speak Cantonese or Shanghai dialect is a plus; 4. Sale experience with real estate agencies, design & decoration or office furniture companies is preferred; With 10 years of project operation (design and decoration for office space of foreign companies) in south China, HID is familiar with Hong Kong and international operation, as well as the business environment in mainland China. We are now operating in Guangzhou and Shenzhen, and will tap into the Shanghai market in 2010. 市場推廣 上海區域 / 廣州、深圳區域 各一名 推廣管道：1、各國商會；2、終端客戶，外資企業、合資企業及民營企業；3、國際性及外資地產仲介；4、甲級寫字樓大廈；5、公司原有客戶網路；6、其他必要及關聯管道。 推廣目的：宣傳及推廣HID，獲取公司潛在目標客戶資訊。 要求：1、喜愛及擅長社交；2、有銷售人員不輕言放棄的素質；2、英文溝通自如，懂廣東話或上海話其中一種更佳；3、有地產仲介、設計裝修或辦公傢俱銷售工作經驗更佳； HID，十年中國華南區項目（外資辦公空間設計裝修工程）運營經驗，既熟悉香港及國際化的行業運作模式，又瞭解中國大陸營商環境。現廣州、深圳兩地運營，2010年計畫拓展上海市場。 有意者请将简历发至邮箱：hr@hidgroup.com |
